  • tablespoon ginger fresh grated peeled
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoons hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoon honey 
  • tablespoons soy sauce low-sodium
  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs boneless skinless cut into 18 strips
