  • cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • cups chicken breast cooked chopped (such as Purdue Short Cuts)
  • 0.5 teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • 1.5 cups corn kernels fresh ( 3 ears)
  • teaspoon thyme leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup green onions sliced
  • teaspoons juice of lemon 
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil 
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions
