  • 0.5 cup apricot spread (such as Polaner All Fruit)
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • ounce skin-on chicken drumsticks 
  • tablespoons cider vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • tablespoon brown sugar dark
  • teaspoon bottled ground ginger fresh (such as Spice World)
  • tablespoon soya sauce low-sodium
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Line bottom of a broiler pan with foil.
  3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place chicken on the rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; place rack in pan. Broil chicken 12 minutes, turning once.
  5. While chicken cooks, combine apricot spread and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup, stirring frequently.
  6. Brush 1/4 cup apricot mixture evenly over chicken; broil 2 minutes.
  7. Brush remaining apricot mixture over chicken; broil 2 minutes or until done.
