  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoons bottled garlic minced
  •  cherry tomatoes 
  • teaspoons juice of lemon fresh divided
  • teaspoons lemon rind grated
  • tablespoons yogurt plain low-fat
  • tablespoons cup heavy whipping cream sour reduced-fat
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • tablespoon commercial pesto 
  • small onion red cut into 8 wedges
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into 1-inch pieces
  • inch bell pepper yellow

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine rind, 1 tablespoon juice, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper. Toss with bell pepper, tomatoes, chicken, and onion. Thread vegetables and chicken onto 4 (12-inch) skewers.
