- 0.5 tsp pepper black
- 2 Tbsp cooking wine dry white
- 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 0.3 cup juice of lemon
- 0.5 cup miracle whip dressing light
- 2 tsp oregano leaves dried
- 3 lb chicken pieces bone-in skinless (breasts, thighs and/or legs)

- Mix all ingredients except chicken in large bowl.
- Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate.
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
