  • 0.5 bread crumbs italian
  • tbsp butter 
  • carrots frozen
  • chicken broth 
  • 16 oz egg noodles cooked
  • 0.5 flour 
  • corn frozen
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder 
  • tsp seasoning italian
  • milk 
  • parmesan shredded
  • 0.7 parmesan shredded
  • peas frozen
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • lb chicken shredded cooked
  • 0.5 mozzarella cheese shredded
  • cream sour
  •  onion diced sweet

Equipment

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Sautee onion in 2 tbsp olive oil
  3. When onion is soft, add chicken broth
  4. Add frozen veggies
  5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 2 min
  6. Slowly whisk in flour
  7. Slowly whisk in milk
  8. Add sour cream, cheeses and chicken
  9. Mix in noodles
  10. Pour into a 13x9 casserole dish coated with butter
  11. Mix rest of parmesan, bread crumbs and butter in a separate bowl
  12. Sprinkle topping on top of casserole
  13. Bake for 25 minutes until top is golden
