  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • 1.5 tablespoons garlic minced
  • cup juice of lemon fresh ( 5 lemons)
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 tablespoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pounds chicken thighs boneless skinless ( 8)

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat oven to 35
  3. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade.
  4. Place chicken in a single layer on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
