  • 0.5 tablespoon chipotle chili in adobo canned minced seeded
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons cumin 
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 30 oz hominy white yellow drained canned
  • cup chicken broth low-sodium
  • servings salt 
  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs boneless skinless trimmed cut into 1/2-inch pieces
