Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup celery finely chopped
  • cups meat from a rotisserie chicken cooked finely chopped
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup green onions minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.3 cup pepper jelly red
  • teaspoon lime zest 
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.5 cup pecans toasted finely chopped
  • 24  pita pockets mini halved
  • serving salt and pepper black freshly ground to taste
  • bunch watercress fresh

Directions

  1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in chicken and next 2 ingredients until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill 4 hours. Fill pitas with watercress and chicken salad.
  2. Serve immediately.
