0.3 cup pepper jelly red
1 teaspoon lime zest
0.5 cup mayonnaise
0.5 cup pecans toasted finely chopped
24 pita pockets mini halved
1 serving salt and pepper black freshly ground to taste

Directions
Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in chicken and next 2 ingredients until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill 4 hours. Fill pitas with watercress and chicken salad.
