Ingredients

  • cup celery chopped
  •  chicken breast halves cooked cut into bite-size pieces ( 6 cups)
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup fruit chutney 
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • cup spicy pecans 
  • servings pepper freshly ground to taste
  • cup grapes red seedless cut in half
  • servings sea salt to taste
  •  baking apples are apples that have a sweet-tart balance and hold their shape when such as granny smith or pippin, peeled and chopped ( 1 1/4 cups)

Directions

  1. Stir together first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Add chicken pieces and next 6 ingredients, and gently toss.
  3. Sprinkle with Spicy Pecans, and serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 3 days.
  4. *For testing purposes, we used Crosse & Blackwell's Genuine Major Grey's Chutney.
