Ingredients

  • 1.3 pounds skinned and boned chicken breast halves 
  • teaspoons ginger fresh minced
  • teaspoons garlic minced
  • Dash hot sauce 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • 24 servings spicy peanut sauce 
  • tablespoons sesame oil 
  • 0.3 cup cooking sherry 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 3- x 1/2-inch strips.
  2. Combine lemon juice and next 6 ingredients in a heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag.
  3. Add chicken, and seal bag securely. Marinate in refrigerator 1-1/2 hours, turning once.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Thread chicken onto 8-inch wooden skewers.
  5. Place skewers on greased baking sheets, and bake at 375` for 10 minutes or until done.
  6. Serve with warm Spicy Peanut Sauce.
