Accompanying the succulent chicken is the creamy, refreshing tzatziki sauce, crafted from coarsely shredded cucumber, nonfat Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and a splash of distilled vinegar. This cooling dip not only complements the savoriness of the souvlaki but also adds a delightful crunch with every bite.
