  • 1.5 cups butternut squash peeled
  • cup celery stalks coarsely chopped
  • cups chicken broth (from two 32-oz cartons)
  • 0.5 cup onion coarsely chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • oz rotini pasta uncooked
  • cups rotisserie chicken cut chopped (from)
  • teaspoon sage dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In 4 1/2- to 5-quart Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook celery, onion and sage in oil 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is softened.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta and squash are tender.
