Ingredients

  • 15 ounce black beans rinsed drained canned
  • 10 ounce canned tomatoes diced green undrained canned
  • 21.5 ounce campbell's® condensed cream of chicken soup fat free 98% canned (Regular or )
  • servings cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • servings green onion sliced
  • cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • cups meat from a rotisserie chicken shredded cooked
  • cup cup heavy whipping cream light sour
  • ounce taco seasoning reduced-sodium
  • servings tomatoes chopped
  • cups coarsely tortilla chips crushed

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Stir the chicken, soup, sour cream, tomatoes and green chiles, beans and seasoning mix in a large bowl.
  2. Layer half the chicken mixture, 3 cups tortilla chips and half the cheese in the baking dish.
  3. Layer with the remaining chicken mixture and tortilla chips. Cover the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbling and the cheese is melted.
  7. Sprinkle with the chopped tomato, green onion and cilantro before serving, if desired.
