  • 0.5 cup chicken broth 
  • cups chicken breast cooked chopped (see recipes on )
  • 10.8 ounce cream of celery soup canned
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken soup canned
  • 10.8 ounce cream of mushroom soup canned
  • ounce mushrooms drained sliced
  • ounces parmesan cheese shredded
  • teaspoon pepper 
  • 16 ounce vermicelli 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • ounce cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Prepare vermicelli according to package directions; drain. Return to pot, and toss with chicken broth.
  2. Stir together chopped cooked chicken and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl; add vermicelli, and toss well. Spoon mixture into 2 lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dishes.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with Cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes; uncover and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Note: Freeze unbaked casserole up to 1 month, if desired. Thaw casserole overnight in refrigerator.
  6. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature, and bake as directed.
