  • 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
  • teaspoon olive oil extravirgin
  • ounces feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes crumbled
  • tablespoons green onions minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper sauce hot
  • 24 ounce chicken breast halves boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; toss gently. Set aside.
  3. Combine mustard and hot pepper sauce; stir well.
  4. Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Spread mustard mixture evenly over chicken.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle evenly with cheese mixture.
  8. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts slightly.
  9. Sprinkle with black pepper.
