- 0.5 pound baby carrots
- 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
- 0.3 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 potatoes
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 4 chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into bite size pieces
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
