  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground turmeric

  •  potatoes 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into bite size pieces
  • tablespoons tomato paste 
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

  1. In a large pot, put the chopped onion, chicken breast meat, carrots and potatoes.
  2. Add the salt and turmeric. Dissolve the tomato paste in water and add. If desired, add garlic powder and ground black pepper to season.
  3. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours on medium low heat.
  4. Serve.
