Ingredients

  • 14 ounce artichoke hearts halved drained canned
  • tablespoons butter divided
  • teaspoon chicken soup base 
  •  chicken breast halves 
  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • 0.5 teaspoon rosemary dried
  •  spring onion chopped
  • teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cooking sherry 
  • 0.7 cup water

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
  3. Remove chicken, and set aside.
  4. Melt remaining butter in same skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add artichoke hearts and green onions; saut 1 minute.
  6. Stir together 2/3 cup water and next 4 ingredients; add to artichoke mixture. Return chicken to skillet. Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
