15 ounce tomato sauce with onion, green peppers, and celery canned
1 clove garlic minced
0.1 teaspoon ground allspice
0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
0.3 teaspoon pepper
0.3 teaspoon salt
16 ounce skinned
0.5 teaspoon sugar
0.3 cup water

Directions
Sprinkle chicken with salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add chicken, and cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
Remove chicken from skillet.
Add cabbage and remaining 6 ingredients to skillet; stir well.
Place chicken over cabbage mixture. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is done and cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
