Ingredients

  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1.3 pounds chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into thin strips
  • ounces mushrooms fresh sliced ()
  • ounces mushrooms fresh sliced ()
  • clove garlic minced
  • 2.5 cups grape tomatoes 
  •  spring onion cut into 1-inch pieces ( 1/3 cup)
  • packets chicken broth swanson®
  • tablespoons water
