  • tablespoon butter 
  • 2.5 tablespoons honey dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup chicken broth canned
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • bunch watercress trimmed
  • 0.3 cup whipping cream

  2. Place chicken between sheets of waxed paper. Using rolling pin, pound chicken to even 1/2-inch thickness. Peel off paper.

  6. Place chicken atop watercress.
