  • tablespoons crisco® canola oil 
  • 0.5 cup extra crunchy peanut butter jif®
  • tablespoon curry powder 
  • cloves garlic chopped
  • cup onion chopped
  • cup yogurt plain
  • cup bell peppers green red chopped
  •  chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, onions and bell pepper, cooking just until tender. Stir in the curry powder. Cook 1 minute.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, add it to the skillet. Cook and stir until browned.
  4. Combine yogurt and peanut butter. Stir into skillet, simmering until sauce is hot.
  5. Season dish to taste with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
  6. Serve with cooked rice.
