Ingredients

  • 18 oz cream of mushroom soup canned
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.3 cup parmesan shredded
  • cup peas sweet frozen
  • 0.8 cup rice long-grain white uncooked
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • lb chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • 0.8 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. In ungreased 2-quart baking dish, mix all ingredients except chicken and Parmesan cheese. Cover; bake 15 minutes. Uncover and stir rice mixture.
  3. Place chicken pieces on top of rice.
  4. Cover and bake about 30 minutes longer or until rice is tender and juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170F).
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
