  • tablespoons butter ()
  •  chicken breast halves with skin and bone
  • 1.5 tablespoons tarragon fresh chopped
  • cup low-salt chicken broth canned
  •  shallots chopped
  • 0.5 cup tarragon vinegar

Directions

  1. Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Add to skillet and cook until golden, about 4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to plate.
