  •  garlic clove crushed
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon serrano chiles chopped
  • tablespoons water
