  • cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup rice vinegar 
  • pound turnip greens chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a stockpot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic, and saut for 30 seconds or until lightly browned.
  3. Add the greens, and saut for 5 minutes or until wilted.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and cook 45 minutes.
