  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • cup onion chopped
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce red
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon cocoa powder unsweetened
