Ingredients

  • tablespoon chili-garlic sauce 
  • 0.3 cup cranberries dried
  • tablespoon ginger fresh grated
  • tablespoons green onions minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon orange rind grated
  • cup rice wine vinegar 
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

  1. Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan; reduce heat to medium, and cook, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  2. Remove from heat, and stir in green onions and orange rind.
  3. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Lee Kum Kee chili-garlic sauce, found in the Asian section at large supermarkets.
