Ingredients

  •  flour tortillas fat-free (10 in.)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoon juice of lime 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Brush each flour tortilla on 1 side with lime juice.
  2. Mix chili powder, ground cumin, and salt.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over lime-moistened side of tortillas.
  4. Cut tortillas into quarters.
  5. Arrange quarters in a single layer, chili side up, on a 12- by 15-inch baking sheet.
  6. Bake in a 400 oven until chips are crisp and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
