Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Combine butter, chili powder, and cilantro in a small bowl.
  3. Cut each ear of corn in half, and place each half on a piece of foil.
  4. Brush evenly with butter mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with salt; wrap in foil.
  6. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until corn is tender.
