  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  •  bell pepper red seeded cut into 1/2-inch strips
  •  onion red cut into 6 wedges
  • 1.5 pounds potatoes - remove skin red cut into 6 wedges
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon chili paste depending on your taste pref (such as Dynasty)
  • tablespoons water 
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk.
