  • 24 ounce salmon fillet ()
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper diced yellow

Directions

  1. Combine first 13 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
  2. Let stand at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Combine chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and black pepper; rub evenly over salmon fillets.
  4. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add fillets; cook 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  6. Serve with salsa.
