  • 29 ounce canned tomatoes diced canned
  • cloves garlic minced
  • pounds ground beef lean
  •  onion chopped
  • teaspoon pepper sauce hot
  •  potatoes diced
  • cups water

Directions

  1. In a large pot, brown the meat, and then add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
  2. Pour in the tomatoes and water.
  3. Add the potatoes. Cook for 45 minutes.
  4. Add hot sauce, and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Before serving stir in chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley.
