  • cup cooking wine dry white
  • teaspoon mint leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • cups half-and-half 
  • cup peach schnapps 
  • quarts peaches fresh chopped
  • 10 servings garnish: raspberry puree 
  • 0.5 cup sugar
