Ingredients

  • oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • pkg jell-o lemon flavor gelatin (4-serving size each)
  • oz lemonade concentrate frozen thawed canned
  • cups water boiling
  • oz cool whip whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mixes in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved; set aside. Beat cream cheese and lemonade concentrate in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
  2. Add gelatin; mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  3. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  4. Pour into serving bowl.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Garnish with berries and lemon slices just before serving, if desired. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
