  • ounce carton commercial cream sour
  • slices lime 
  • 3.5 cups raspberries fresh washed
  • servings additional raspberries fresh
  • pinch salt 
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • cups water 
  • cup rosé wine

Directions

  1. Place raspberries in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Press through a sieve; discard seeds.

  3. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
  4. Add sour cream; blend well with a wire whisk. Cover; chill several hours.
