- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 cup cucumber english halved thinly sliced
- 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
- 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
- 0.3 cup pickled watermelon rind marinade
- 0.5 cup pickled watermelon rind sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.3 cup onion red thinly sliced
- 0.3 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound shrimp deveined peeled
