  • tablespoons capers finely chopped
  • bunch cilantro leaves finely chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • 0.5 cup olive oil 
  • bunch parsley finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper flakes red
  • 1.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. Put the parsley, cilantro, capers and garlic in a medium mixing bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Add the vinegar, salt, red and black pepper and stir.
  3. Pour in the olive oil and mix until well combined.
