  • 0.5 teaspoon five-spice powder 
  • teaspoons brown sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • tablespoon hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoon orange juice 
  • pound pork tenderloin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Trim fat from pork.
  3. Combine sugar and next 3 ingredients (sugar through pepper). Rub pork with spice mixture.
  4. Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; insert a meat thermometer into thickest portion of tenderloin.
  5. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
  6. Combine hoisin, orange juice, and oil in a small bowl; brush over tenderloin.
  7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until thermometer registers 160 (slightly pink).
