Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup almonds sliced
  • head bok choy shredded
  • tablespoons butter 
  • bunch green onions diced
  • teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoons rice wine vinegar 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup sesame oil 
  • 0.3 cup sesame seed 
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Place bok choy and green onions in a large bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet.
  3. Add almonds and sesame seeds; saut mixture over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Drain and cool slightly.
  5. Add to bok choy mixture.
  6. Stir together oils and remaining ingredients. Toss with bok choy mixture.
  7. Serve immediately.
