  • 0.3 cup rice vinegar 
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil; peanut oil preferred 
  • 2.5 cups roasted chicken cooked chopped
  • cups lettuce 
  • cups celery stalks thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup carrots shredded
  • 0.5 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced
  • tablespoons sesame seed toasted
  • 0.5 cup chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. In small bowl, stir together vinegar, sugar and salt until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Whisk in oil.
