  • 0.3 cup soya sauce reduced-sodium
  • tablespoons reduced fat stick margarine 
  • large onion halved sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  •  pork chops boneless
  • 24 ounce pork loin chops boneless
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoning blend salt-free
  • 0.5 cup soya sauce 
  • cups freshly tea brewed
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • tablespoon water
