Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup, rice wine, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Pour half the sauce into a slow cooker; top with ribs.
  3. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on Low until pork is tender, about 3 hours. Thicken cooking juices in a small skillet over medium heat, if desired.
