  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • 0.3 cup cooking sherry dry
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • teaspoons green onions minced
  • 0.5 cup hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 0.5 cup catsup 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce low-sodium
  • pounds boston butt pork roast boneless trimmed cut into (2-inch) cubes

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add pork; seal and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  3. Remove pork from bag, reserving marinade.
  4. Preheat oven to 35
  5. Place pork on the rack of a broiler pan lined with foil.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn pork over, and baste with reserved marinade. Discard remaining marinade.
  7. Bake an additional 20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 160 (slightly pink).
  8. Preheat broiler. Broil pork 5 minutes or until browned.
