  • tablespoons canola oil 
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth 
  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • tablespoons cooking sherry dry
  • tablespoons fish sauce 
  • teaspoon ginger root fresh minced
  • 10 cloves garlic chopped
  • teaspoon ground pepper black
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled
  • teaspoon pepper flakes red crushed
  • tablespoon rice vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup snow peas 
  • tablespoon water 
  • cup button mushrooms white

Directions

  1. Heat oil in wok or large skillet until very hot. Cook and stir garlic and ginger in the hot oil until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
