  • 48  baked tortilla chips 
  • tablespoon celery finely chopped
  • teaspoon chipotle chile in adobo sauce canned chopped
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh finely chopped
  • tablespoons green onions thinly sliced
  • tablespoons jicama peeled finely chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise reduced-fat
  • 0.8 pound lump crab meat 
  • ounce parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • tablespoons bell pepper red finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on 2 baking sheets.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, chile, and juice, stirring with a whisk.
