  • leaf garnishes: chives fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard dry
  • 12  eggs peeled
  • tablespoons chives fresh finely chopped
  • teaspoons tarragon fresh finely chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon hot sauce 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

    1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove yolks. Mash egg yolks; stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, and next 4 ingredients. Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
    2. Garnish, if desired.
