  • pkg jell-o chocolate flavor pudding instant (4-serving size each)
  • 2.5 cups milk cold
  • 10 oz marble pound cake prepared cut into 1-inch cubes
  • cups raspberries 
  • cups cool whip whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Pour milk into large bowl.
  2. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. (
  3. Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in whipped topping.
  4. Spoon 1/3 of the pudding mixture evenly into 8 dessert dishes; top with cake cubes and remaining pudding mixture.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or until set. Top with raspberries just before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
