Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1.3 cups brown sugar packed
  • cup butter softened
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup peanut butter 
  • 2.3 cups oats 
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts salted coarsely chopped
  • oz semi chocolate chips (1 cup)
  • 14 oz condensed milk sweetened canned (not evaporated)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, combine all base and topping ingredients; mix at low speed until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups of crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of sprayed pan to form base.
  3. In small bowl, combine condensed milk, peanut butter and vanilla; mix until well blended.
  4. Pour mixture evenly over base.
  5. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts.
  6. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top; press down gently.
  7. Bake at 350F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Center will not be set. Cool 1 hour 15 minutes or until completely cooled.
  8. Cut into bars.
