Ingredients
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 2 cups light-colored corn syrup
- 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.3 cup kahlua
- 0.3 cup butter

Directions
- Melt margarine and chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add flour, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add corn syrup and Kahlua, and cook 1 minute.
- Remove from heat; stir in cinnamon.
- Pour into a fondue pot, and keep warm.
- Serve fondue with strawberries, banana chunks, orange sections, and cubed low-fat pound cake.
- Note: If fondue is not served immediately, place heavy-duty plastic wrap on surfact of container.
