Ingredients

  • ounces bittersweet chocolate 
  • cups light-colored corn syrup 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 cup kahlua 
  • 0.3 cup butter

Directions

  1. Melt margarine and chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add flour, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add corn syrup and Kahlua, and cook 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in cinnamon.
  5. Pour into a fondue pot, and keep warm.
  6. Serve fondue with strawberries, banana chunks, orange sections, and cubed low-fat pound cake.
  7. Note: If fondue is not served immediately, place heavy-duty plastic wrap on surfact of container.
